Ingredients:
- 10-12 chicken wings (drumettes or flats, or a mix of both)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best for extra crunch)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for added flavor)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for spraying or brushing)
- Optional: hot sauce, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken Wings:
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps them become crispier when air fried.
- If the wings are whole, cut them into flats and drumettes, removing the tips if desired.
2. Prepare the Breading:
- In one shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a second shallow bowl, beat the egg.
