Beef-Stuffed Shells with Creamy Ricotta Filling

Ingredients:

– 12 jumbo pasta shells

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1 cup marinara sauce

– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

– 1 egg

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Start by preheating your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the instructions on the package, then drain them and let them cool. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once it’s cooked, drain the excess fat and stir in the marinara sauce. As soon as it’s well combined, remove it from the heat.
